My Acrylic Paintings Gallery

Hi Ranjini,

Everybody ( or almost everbody) sings, well or badly, in the bathroom or in the kitchen.

As for painting, my theory is that everybody makes at least five paintings in his life. If the number exceeds ten, the person has real skill in him. Otherwise not!!!!!!!!!!!  Perhaps one out of a hundred persons will exceed ten paintings in a lifetime!

Your numbers here and elsewhere automatically speak for your skill whether all works were seen by us or not !!!

There are different kinds of talent. Pickled, bottled, exposed, unexposed, unchannelised, unused, disused, latent, potent, prodigious etc . 

I am a believer that with numbers the quality (of works) improves. That goes for everything, covered under the appellation of 'experience'. (The big names in painting sometimes degenerate into abstraction as they go along because reality/realism becomes boring beyond a point!).

I loved your paintings. They show a sort of neatness, nearness and familiarity, and have been done with much more than average skill and with great affection. Pl keep it up.
