  True, in his last years he was struggling for money. From various accounts, all his handsome incomes that were piling up were being thrown away mindlessly to 60 or more of his relatives and close troubadours!  Anyway, he was well recognised and was a great musician.

Thanks! But why tears? Are cartoons supposed to jerk tear out of anyone's eyes? Well, I take it that you found that sad. That happens especially in most other sports and games, and it is indeed vey sad..

How have you been? You should have come for the homage program on 2 Feb at the Library quadrangle (Kala Ghoda). Skanda too read some poems and gave a short vocal performance in memory/dedication, using his guitar too. Today, we went to Kalaghoda again. Nice atmosphere. Had dhansak-chaaval and Balinese curry and chaaval, hot (temp-wise)and very tasty!
